Deleting your data

ROT FACTORY, by Tolga Nacar · last updated 25 September 2026

ROT FACTORY has no account and no login, so there is nothing to close. Your progress is a file on your phone, and what little leaves it is anonymous. Here is how to have all of it gone.

1. Delete the game

Uninstalling removes everything ROT FACTORY stored on your phone, immediately and completely: your coins, your board, your collection, your upgrades, your settings and the timers. Nothing of it was ever on a server of ours, so there is no copy left behind.

Android: hold the icon → Uninstall. iPhone: hold the icon → Delete App.

2. Ask us, and the rest goes too

Write to tolga_nacar@outlook.com with Delete my data as the subject, and tell us which phone you played on (Android or iPhone) and roughly when you last played. That is enough to find the installation; we cannot look you up by name, because we never asked for one.

We act on it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

DataWhat happens
Your save — coins, board, collection, upgrades, settings Deleted immediately when you uninstall. It is only ever on your phone.
Anonymous usage events (a merge happened, a screen was opened) Deleted on request. Otherwise deleted automatically after 14 months.
Crash reports and diagnostics Deleted on request. Otherwise deleted automatically after 90 days.
Advertising identifier Never stored by us. It is your phone's, and you can reset or delete it in your device settings at any time. It is never read at all from a player under 13.
Purchases Kept, by the store rather than by us. Apple and Google keep a record of what was bought, because that is what lets you restore it on a new phone and what a refund is checked against. We never see your payment details, and we cannot delete a store's record. Apple and Google handle those requests themselves.

The whole picture of what is collected and why is in the Privacy Policy.
